POLICY

Cancellation Policy

     The policies outlined below apply to clients of BrowsandLashesByLauren . Please read and contact Lauren if you have any questions *By booking an appointment you agree to all policies of BrowsandLashesbyLauren*


Previously Tattooed:

     Clients that have work done by other artists need to first contact Lauren. A picture of your brows can be sent via email (lauren@browsandlashesbylauren.com) or text (949 303 9414) in order to evaluate how much pigment you have remaining. Please not that NOT ALL previously tattooed are good candidates for PMU.

Required to book an appointment:

     Read the FAQ page for your appointment type and pay the non refundable deposit.

Deposits for Permanent Makeup:

     BrowsandLashesbyLauren requires a deposit to hold EVERY appointment made. Deposits are non-refundable & only good for the service booked, they are not applicable towards any other service other than what it was intended for.

How to pay your deposit:

     Deposits must be paid the SAME DAY you schedule your appointment. They can be paid via Venmo @BrowsandLashesByLauren, paid online or the card on file can be charged. Please contact Lauren immediately after booking to pay your deposit.

Payment:

     Your service is paid in total (minus deposit) on the day of your appointment. Cash, Venmo, Zelle & Card are acceptable forms of payment.

***BrowsandLashesbyLauren does not accept personal checks***

Rescheduling/Cancelling for any service provided by BrowsandLashesbyLauren:

     BrowsandLashesbyLauren requires a 72 hours notice to make any changes to your appointment. Any reschedules or cancellations after that will result in a loss of your deposit, and you will be charged 75% of your appointment (due before you can reschedule). No-shows will result in a loss of your deposit, and will be charged 100% off the appointment (due before you may reschedule).  IF NOT PAID YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE.

Appointments Reminders:

     You will receive text and/or email reminder approximately 1 to 3 days prior to your appointment.

Day of Appointment:

     BrowsandLashesbyLauren kindly asks that you please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you please contact Lauren ASAP. Rescheduling will most likely occur unless otherwise stated by Lauren.  A new deposit will be required along with a $75 fee. I take clients back to back & it is not fair to the other clients to make them wait AND it is not fair to YOU either. PMU, lashes & chemical peels take time and I want to be able to give YOU the best quality service and my undivided attention without rushing.

-If you are more than 15 minutes late, Lauren reserves the right to cancel your appointment & your deposit (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Permanent Makeup Results:

     browsandLashesbyLauren does not guarantee healed results on anyone. The final result will vary from person to person. Makeup may still be needed to give you the results you desire. At times, additional sessions after the first touch up are necessary.
